Replacement Degree Certificate 

Description

Once you are successfully awarded, your degree certificate will be produced and either presented to you at your graduation ceremony or posted to the home address recorded in MySIS.

Please note that only one official hardcopy of a degree certificate can exist at any given time, and a replacement will only be issued if the original has been lost, stolen, destroyed, or was never received. Under no circumstances will the University issue additional copies or duplicates to any graduate holding an original certificate.

If your awarding body is University of London or you were awarded before 2014, please contact the University of London for further support with your request.

If your awarding body is Queen Mary University of London, you were awarded post 2014 and your certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed, please complete the  Replacement Certificate Declaration Form.

Once you have completed this form which confirms you are no longer in possession of the original certificate, you will then be able to purchase a replacement. The university reserves a right to issue a refund if the above conditions are not met.
