A digital transcript is an official document that lists the overall mark in all modules you have taken during your studies. It also includes details such as your course title, field of study, start and end dates, and final award information. The transcript is produced on Queen Mary headed paper but does not contains the official University stamp and seal.

Transcript Embargo for Finalists

Due to provisional results appearing on transcripts while they are being processed and confirmed by the exam boards, there are certain periods during which the AskQM Frontline Enquiry Response Team is unable to produce transcripts for finalists.

This transcript embargo period typically ends on the official results release date. If you place an order during this time, your request may be refunded, and you may be asked to submit a new order once the embargo has lifted.

Cost: The cost of a digital transcript is £5.

Please note, we are not always able to process an order on the day that it is placed. Typically we have a 5-working day turnaround from the date of your order, however this might be slightly longer during peak periods.
