A graduate pack comprises of an award letter and transcript. An award letter is an official document that can be used as a substitute for your degree certificate to confirm your academic achievement. A transcript is an official document that lists the overall mark in all modules you have taken during your studies. Both documents include details such as your course title, field of study, start and end dates, and final award information. These documents are produced on Queen Mary headed paper and contain the official University stamp and seal.

Transcript Embargo for Finalists

Due to provisional results appearing on transcripts while they are being processed and confirmed by the exam boards, there are certain periods during which the AskQM Frontline Enquiry Response Team is unable to produce transcripts for finalists.

This transcript embargo period typically ends on the official results release date. If you place an order during this time, your request may be refunded, and you may be asked to submit a new order once the embargo has lifted.

Option 1: UK/International Standard  (Delivery time – UK 2-3 working days, International up to 10 working days) - free

Option 2: UK 1^st Class (Delivery time - 1 working day) - £1.50

Option 3: UK 1^st Class Signed For (Delivery time – 1 working day, Tracked) - £3

Option 4: International Signed For (Delivery time – 5-7 working days, Tracked) - £10
