Once you are successfully awarded, your degree certificate will be produced and either presented to you at your graduation ceremony or posted to the home address recorded in MySIS. 

Please note that only one official hardcopy of a degree certificate can exist at any given time, and a replacement will only be issued if the original has been lost, stolen, destroyed, or was never received. Under no circumstances will the University issue additional copies or duplicates to any graduate holding an original certificate.

Replacement Certificate Declaration

Students must complete a declaration form after ordering a replacement certificate to specify the reason for their request, confirm that they are no longer in possession of the original certificate, and sign a formal declaration. No replacement certificates will be printed unless this form has been completed and their order number provided. The University reserves the right to issue a refund if the above conditions are not met.

If your awarding body is Queen Mary University of London, you were awarded post-2014, and your certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed, please proceed to make a purchase below.

The cost of a replacement degree certificate is £30.

Option 1: UK/International Standard  (Delivery time – UK 2-3 working days, International up to 10 working days) - Free

Option 2: UK 1^st Class (Delivery time - 1 working day) - £1.50

Option 3: UK 1^st Class Signed For (Delivery time – 1 working day, Tracked) - £3

Option 4: International Signed For (Delivery time – 5-7 working days, Tracked) - £10
