Detailed Description

• The Residential Services at Queen Mary Online Shop is open for orders from residents who are due to arrive before 6 August 2026. 

• Items ordered by residents of the Student Village and Westfield Way should be collected from Residences Reception, France House.

• Please bring a copy of your order and photo ID with you when you collect your items.
• Items ordered by residents of Stocks Court, Ifor Evans Place, Albert Stern House and Cottages, Lindop House, Dawson Hall, Floyer House, Aspire Point, Blithehale Court and Sherren House will be delivered to your room. Please allow 2 working days for delivery (between Monday and Friday).
• Please do not place your order until you have accepted your offer of accommodation as you will need to know what room and flat you will be living in to enable us to process your order.
• Details for collection and delivery of items ordered by residents who are due to arrive in late August and September 2026 will be available when the shop is relaunched after the arrival on 6 August 2026.
