Award Letters

An award letter is an official document that shows your course details, start and end date, field of study and final award information. This document comes stamped and sealed.

Please note – Not all award letters can be produced by the Examinations and Awards team. Before placing your order, please click here* for information on which transcripts we do and do not produce.

The prices in the grid below combine the cost of the documentation and the postage option chosen.

The available transcript payment options are:

Award Letter x 1 £10.00
Award Letter x 2 £20.00
Award Letter x 3 £30.00

IMPORTANT – The above options can only be used to send documents to one address. If you require award letters to be sent to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders.

Postage options:

• Option 1) UK Postage (Delivery Time: 5 working days) NO CHARGE
• Option 2) International Signed For (Delivery Time: 10 - 15 working days) £10
• Option 3) International Courier - (Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Days) £35

Please note, we are not always able to process an order on the day that it is placed. Typically we have a 10 working day turnaround from the date of your order.

Option 1: UK 1^st Class (Delivery time - 1 working day) -£1.50

Option 2: UK 1^st Class Signed For (Delivery time – 1 working day) - £3

Option 3: International Signed For (Delivery time – up to 10 working days) - £10

Option 4: International Courier (Delivery time – 3-5 working days) - £35

Please note, we are not always able to process an order on the day that it is placed and the above delivery estimate is from the day your document is posted, not from when it was ordered. Typically we have a 5 working day turnaround from the date of your order, however we will try to prioritise courier where possible.
