You will be given your Degree Certificate at your Graduation Ceremony or, if this is not possible, we will post it to you. If your certificate has been lost, misplaced or destroyed, you can purchase a replacement certificate.
Please note that only one hardcopy of your certificate can be in circulation at any one time, and a replacement will only be issued if the original certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed. Under no circumstances will the University issue additional copies or duplicates to any graduate holding an original certificate.
Detailed Description
Students must complete a declaration form after ordering a replacement certificate. No replacement certs will be printed unless this form has been completed and their order number provided.
Please proceed below if your awarding body is Queen Mary University of London, your certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed and you have been awarded since 2014.
All orders will be sent untracked by Royal Mail Second Class post (UK) or Royal Mail International Standard (International) free of charge unless you purchase an additional postal service via our additional postage page.
If you select the International Signed For or Courier postage options, you will be sent a tracking number within 2-3 working days of postage. Please note, this may take longer during peak periods. Contact the Student Enquiry Centre if you have any issues.
If your certificate is returned to us you may be liable to purchase additional postage to re-send it. More details can be found on the QMUL website.
Please note, we are not always able to process an order on the day that it is placed. Typically we have a 10 working day turnaround from the date of your order.
