Student Transcript DescriptionStudent Transcript If you have an enrolment record for the academic year 2016/17 onwards you would have received an email from Gradintelligence asking you to register for HEAR: your digital transcript. The HEAR is an enhanced and electronic version of the traditional paper transcript which can be accessed and shared securely through the Gradintelligence portal. Some students are excluded from the HEAR. Your academic transcript is an official document that shows your course details, final award information and the modules that you have taken in each year of study. This document comes stamped and sealed. Please note – Not all transcripts can be produced by the Examinations and Awards team. Before placing your order, please click here* for information on which transcripts we do and do not produce. The prices in the grid below combine the cost of the documentation and the postage option chosen. The available transcript payment options are: Academic Transcript x 1 £10.00 IMPORTANT – The above options can only be used to send documents to one address. If you require transcripts to be sent to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders.
