Student Graduate Pack (One Transcript & One Confirmation of Award Letter)

If you have an enrolment record for academic year 2016/17 you will have received an email from Gradintelligence asking you to register for HEAR: your digital transcript. This is your secure digital transcript and can be shared with anyone you want, full details are available on our website - http://www.arcs.qmul.ac.uk/students/sec/gradintelligence-account-/hear-transcript/

If you decide that you don’t need a hard copy transcript, please choose the option for an Award Letter through EShop -

Please note – Not all award letters can be produced by the Examinations and Awards team. Before placing your order, please click here* for information on which transcripts we do and do not produce.

The prices listed below cover the cost of the postage involved. The prices you can select from in the grid below include the graduate pack cost plus the postage option.

The available transcript payment options are:

Graduate Pack x 1 £20.00
Graduate Pack x 3 £50.00

IMPORTANT – The above options can only be used to send documents to one address. If you require documents to be sent to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders.

Postage options:

• Option 1) UK Postage (Delivery Time: 5 working days) NO CHARGE
• Option 2) International Signed For (Delivery Time: 10 - 15 working days) £7.50
• Option 3) Courier - (Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Days) £35

Please note, we are not always able to process an order on the day that it is placed. Typically we have a 10 working day turnaround from the date of your order.
