🔐 Lost or Stolen Staff ID Card – What to Do
If your staff ID card has been lost or stolen, please follow the steps below to report the loss and request a replacement.
1. Report the Loss
Immediately notify Security to deactivate your lost card and prevent unauthorised access.
2. Order a Replacement Card
Replacement cards are available for a £20.00 fee.

After placing your order, the Mile End Security Office will receive an email notification confirming your request.
Note: This is not a receipt, but a notification that your order has been submitted.
4. Collect Your New Card
Your new card will usually be ready within 2–3 working days.
