MBBS Graduates use this to pay for transcripts and other verification documents. You can also use this service to request a MSPE (Medical Student Performance Evaluation, also referred as a ‘Dean’s Letter).
General verification letters can also be requested should you require confirmation of a formal letter confirming a prize or SSCs. For these requests, in the first instance, please email [email protected] to check if the information is available.
All standard transcript requests will be processed within 14 working days of payment but may take longer during busier periods such as examinations (June to early August). Non-standard requests, MSPE documents, and requests which involve archive searches may take longer. If you have paid for documents which we are unable to produce, we will automatically ask our Finance Office to refund any payment.

If you have an enrolment record for the academic year 2016/17 onwards you would have received an email from Gradintelligence asking you to register for HEAR: your digital transcript. The HEAR is an enhanced and electronic version of the traditional paper transcript which can be accessed and shared securely through the Gradintelligence portal. Your academic transcript is an official document that shows your course details, final award information and the modules that you have taken in each year of study. This document comes stamped and sealed.

Please note, we are not always able to process an order on the day that it is placed. Typically we have a 5 working day turnaround from the date of your order, however we will try to prioritise Special Delivery and DHL options where possible.
