Replacement Certificate

You will automatically be sent a degree certificate after graduation. However, if you do not have the up to date contact details at the time of certificate production and the document is sent to an incorrect address, you will need to purchase another copy to cover the additional production and postage costs.

Please note that only one hardcopy of your certificate can be in circulation at any one time, and a replacement will only be issued if the original certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed. Under no circumstances will the University issue additional copies or duplicates to any graduate holding an original certificate.

Please proceed below if your awarding body is Queen Mary University of London, your certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed and you have been awarded since 2014.

The prices listed below cover the cost of the postage involved.

Postage options:

• Option 1 - UK Postage (Delivery Time: 5 working days)

• Option 2 - International Signed For (Delivery Time: 10 - 15 working days)

• Option 3 - Courier - (Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Days)

Please note, we are not always able to process an order on the day that it is placed. Typically we have a 10 working day turnaround from the date of your order.
