ERMSS23 booking & payment T&Cs

• To attend the summer school, you MUST have booked and paid for your place by the registration and payment deadlines. We will not be able to accept:
  • late registrations
  • late payments
  • unexpected arrivals at summer school on any day between 19^th-23^rd June 2023.
• We are unable to offer part payment for those who are unable to attend all 5 days.
• All payments must be made by their deadline; late payment requests will not be accepted.
• Bookings are confirmed by receipt of your first payment (whether this be via instalment or in full). Summer School payments adhere to the University’s Fee Regulations 2022-23. This includes the 14-day cancellation clause.

• After the 14-day cancellation period ends and up until the last payment date of 30^th April 2023, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis of £150 (whichever way you have paid, that be via instalments or in full).

• If your circumstances are not considered extenuating, then unfortunately a refund will not be possible as these funds have been allocated to planned expenditure based on your attendance at the Summer School.
